When I first received my Neckless I loved it, however it says Neckless does not fade when it does . Also the company says you get a warranty( which the warranty is not broken down based on what it’s for . Today I reached out because my Neckless changed colors for the second time and I was told my warranty was already use , um excuse me didn’t you all say lifetime. I have ordered so many thing from this website however after this I am done
worst necklace quality i ever seen it looks like i got the chain out of a vending machine, when i had it on the chain would just pull my hair, also took longer then a month to get here had to contact the company about my shipment, definitely not something anyone should be spending more then $100 on so think again before ordering from this company.

Order 3 Custom pieces. Two for each of my daughters and one for my gif daughter. They were bigger then I had expected but bigger is better to me. As long as they don’t tarnish I’ll be back to shop. To add the girls have been getting complaint after complaint and I have recommended this site every time. Follow up with you guys in 3months.

I would give 5 stars but the shipping took FOREVER… longer than what is said on the website. Customer service is horrible, they waited until I emailed them to ship my order out & yet still barely responded. Overall though the necklace is beautiful & definitely as described & I love the light box the chain came in.
