I wasn’t originally too satisfied with letters and they immediately took care of me with options and suggestions and remade and delivered fast by remaking it to no extra charge in a smaller beautiful size that i love and adore. It’s super cute but small. I get a lot of compliments! Definitely worth the price as it doesn’t tarnish or turn your neck green. I had bought a name necklace from ynys in 2018 and it lasted until about a month ago and even then the product was not at fault, I got caught on a blanket and ripped it.
