I ordered this on 12/9/24 I received it 1/13/25. It was worth the wait! I live in NY. The box and jewelry it self is beautiful! The name plate has some weight to it, which I like. Every time I emailed them they respond either that very night or next day. They answered all my questions or concerns.
Although the shipping took a bit over a month they did have great communication with getting back to me on my concerns and the necklace came out beautiful ! Definitely suggest on being patient with them if you do order. I’ll be back for more soon thank you !

I adore this necklace! I never take my necklaces off. I shower, sleep etc with them on and have had no issues with discoloration or wear and tear. It came in a box that has the little light above it, so it really show cased the necklace and really gave it that WOW factor when you open it! It is thick but has just the right amount of weight to it. I bought one for my daughter and will be buying more from them!! A+++ product!

The piece is very beautiful and I’m in love with it, it took a little minute for it to come but it was worth it, and also the box that it came in was very beautiful, I love the light shining on the necklace when you open the box it was a very nice touch. The necklace is too short, the necklace looks more of an accessories than an actual name plate necklace. I ordered a 20inch necklace and the necklace looks more of a 10 inch necklace. I need a refund I don’t like the necklace at all.
